This has been a trying time for us here in Glendora, CA, but we are hanging in
there and moving forward. Dottie would be proud of our progress. Dottie had
a great vision for this industry and played a major role in its evolution by
helping so many bring their important messages to the world. We hope to carry on
this proud tradition and thank all of you for your continued support of Dottie's
vision.
Fall 2007 we will be releasing the new book: SHARE AND GROW RICH: The Dottie
Walters Effect - How her secret of generosity launched so many stellar careers
and what it can do for yours.
September of 2007 will also see the re-launch of the Speak and Grow Rich
Seminars in Chicago and Orlando. Robin Raymer, co-author of Dottie’s Commercial
Sponsored Speaking Series and Dave Bell, of Incredible Speakers Bureau, will
lead the seminars. We are looking for others to give the Speak and Grow Rich
Seminar in other regions so please give us a call if you are interested. We are
mainly looking for those whose careers were influenced by Dottie and have
achieved great success.
I would also like to welcome Deb Stowers who has just come on board as
Executive Director of Walters International Speakers Bureau. She is doing a
great job and we are looking forward to a bright future with her.
We have received over 2,000 letters of condolence from those in the
industry who loved Dottie and I wanted to extend our heartfelt thanks on behalf
of our family and staff.

A great deal has already been published about Dottie Walters. This meant that

She learned much from William Shakespeare. Studying and enjoying the Bard of
Avon's plays and sonnets taught her the beauty, cadence and power of the English
language--insights that enriched her public speaking and can enrich yours.
Other favorite resources were Benjamin Franklin, Albert Einstein and the Bible.
But, being an avid reader all her life, she communed with the great minds from
every country and historical period.

Michael MacFarlane, Dottie's grandson, is the President of Walters Speaker
Services. Michael worked with Dottie for the last seventeen years of her life
and accompanied her frequently to speaking events and other public appearances.
